When you've completed your order, you'll receive a system-generated order confirmation email and receive another notification of shipping email including the tracking information once the item has been dispatched from the warehouse.

We use the following freight carriers, all delivery dates are estimated but we will do everything for a fast and steady shipment.

Aramex/NZ Post Standard/Express

  • 2-7 business days for metro areas (All states)
  • 7-15 business days for regional Areas (All states)
  • Has a limitation of a maximum length of 1.05m, which will not be applicable to any products outer this size. 

Australian International Express

  • 7-10 business days for metro areas (All states)
  • 10-15 business days for regional Areas (All states)
  • Has a limitation of a maximum length of 1.05m, which will not be applicable to any products outer this size. 

What does split delivery mean?

If you have ordered multiple items, they may be sourced and supplied from various locations. If this is the case, your order may arrive in multiple parcels at different times by more than one courier but no additional shipping cost will be charged.

Why is my order got delayed?

  • An incorrect or incomplete address during checkout.
  • No one signed for the parcel.
  • In the case an order is flagged for fraud check we may need to get in contact via email for a verification process before sending the order.
  • Occasionally if a particular is in high demand we may need extra time to source outside of our standard delivery network.

What to do if my order got delayed?

If your order is not received within the estimated delivery period please check your order with the tracking number supplied in the dispatching email, alternatively contact our customer support team at [email protected], we will respond to you within 24 hours but generally not that much, usually within 1-2 hours.
