Control Arms:

Control arms and their integrated ball joints are some of the most crucial components on a BMW. The control arms control the wheel and suspension as they go through their range of motions. A faulty or worn out control arm/ball joint can be dangerous and risky. 

This is why inspecting your control arms and/or replacing them when needed is crucial. 

We recommend for the control arms and ball joints to be inspected or replaced every 3-4 years, depending on how frequent the vehicle is used. 

Swaybar End Links:

This part connects the swaybar to the rest of the suspension, preventing body roll and keeping everything in line in tight turns. This exposes the links to a high amount of stress and pressure, which often lead to split bushings and/or sloppy body control. Our swaybar links are the perfect option to restore body control and eliminate knocking noises. 

Tie Rod Assembly:

The tie rod assembly connects to the steering rack. 

This part will have a slack in the steering or there will be a popping ball joint, which this indicates it needs replacing. Ignoring this issue could lead to hazardous conditons and cause loss of steering control.

We also recommend for the bushes to be replaced when changing your control arms. The bushes are mounted at the back of the control arms and are located to the frame rail on the car. The bushings are rubber, meaning that they will majority of time wear out sooner the control arms.
